To ensure everyone has a brilliant and enjoyable experience, a minimum number of bookings is required for each workshop to take place.
If we do not reach the required number, Pretty & Pampas may either move the workshop to another suitable date or cancel the session. Should we cancel, you will be offered either a full refund or the option to transfer your booking to an alternative date.
5. If You Need to Cancel
Plans can change, so if you can no longer attend, please let us know as soon as possible.
Due to the preparation, materials and planning involved in our festive workshops, we are unable to provide refunds for participant cancellations. Where possible, and subject to availability and sufficient notice, we may allow your booking to be transferred to another workshop session.
